Cause Marketing $50,000
This opportunity includes:
- Sponsor agrees to make a minimum contribution of $30,000/maximum contribution of $50,000 to the AAP Friends of Children Fund (FCF) based on traffic to the booth.
- Sponsor makes a minimum additional contribution (totaling to the $50,000 maximum) of X dollars for each person stopping by their booth and has their badge “read” by a Sponsor representative.
- Sponsor makes a specific donation to the Friends of Children Fund on behalf of Sponsor or in the member’s name (details to be agreed upon with Sponsor), Sponsor receives both pre-event and on-site recognition encouraging attendees to visit the Sponsor booth. Special signage will also be posted at the AAP Philanthropy Booth.
Special Note: This opportunity will be limited to three corporations at this year’s NCE. Last year organizations that participated had up to a 40% increase in traffic to booth.
5k Fun Run/Walk, Monda y, October 22, 2012
Join the fun at the 5th annual 5K Fun Run/Walk benefitting the AAP Friends of Children Fund! This exciting athletic event, taking place at NCE, offers great exposure opportunities for sponsors, while fundraising for the Friends of Children Fund. Last year event saw a 5% increase in participation.
Contributions to the AAP Friends of Children Fund support high-priority projects including access to child health programs, quality improvement initiatives, and public information campaigns on issues such as immunization awareness, violence prevention, obesity, and disaster relief. Since 1989, the Friends of
Children Fund has provided nearly $7 million in support for these and other AAP projects.
