Group Code: You must inform the agent that you are attending the American College of Emergency Physicians' Reimbursement and Coding conferences to get the guaranteed low room rate. The deadline to make reservations at the discounted rate is December 31, 2022.  After December 31, rooms and rates are subject to availability.  

DISPLAY SPECIFICATIONS

All booth spaces are 10' x 10'. The rental per display space is $1500.00 and includes the following: one 6' draped and skirted table, two chairs, carpet, wastebasket and one company identification sign. The show colors are black and white.

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS

Space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Applications must be accompanied by full payment before space will be confirmed. Because of the limited scope of the conference topics, the majority of exhibiting firms will provide billing/consulting/coding services; therefore, companies will most likely be adjacent to competitors.

EXHIBITOR SERVICES

The official service contractor for the exhibit program is the Freeman Company. On confirmation of your exhibit space, you will be provided with a service kit with order forms for additional booth furniture, electrical services, telephones, and material handling.

COURSE ATTENDANCE
ACEP will offer each company one complimentary registration to the Reimbursement & Coding educational programs. (Free registration now includes the Optional Coding session.) Companies may register additional people at a significantly discounted registration fee of $450 for the Reimbursement conference and $325 for Coding. The fees include the course syllabus, meeting supplies, continental breakfast, and coffee breaks. To register for the courses at the exhibitor discount, you must use the special forms that will be in your exhibitor confirmation materials. For the R/C Webinars, the full registration fees will apply.

CANCELLATIONS

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing no later than Friday, December 30, 2022. If an exhibitor cancels on or before December 30, a 50% cancellation fee ($750.00) will be assessed. No refunds will be issued after this date.
