CANCELLATIONS

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing no later than Friday, November 14, 2025. If an exhibitor cancels on or before November 14, a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed. No refunds will be issued after this date.

Starting at $309 per night + taxes and fees - while room block remains available. The deadline to make reservations at the discounted rate is December 23, 2025. After December 23, rooms and rates are subject to availability.  

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking, and a one night's stay plus tax deposit is due at the time of booking.
