• Deadline to receive applications for initial space assignment. Applications must be accompanied by a 50% deposit. Applications received after April 22 will be assigned in order of receipt.

 

Monday, April 25

• Space assignments begin.

 

Week of May 2

• Confirmation letters/invoices sent.

 

Friday, June 10

•Last day to reduce/cancel space (A $1,000 service charge will be assessed for each 100 square feet of canceled or reduced space)

•Full payment for exhibit space balance due

 

After June 10

• No refunds issued for cancellations or reductions

 

Friday, June 17

• Online service kits made available to exhibitors paid in full

 

Friday, June 24

• Program description due

 

Friday, August 5

• Island blueprints due

 

Thursday, September 15

•Exhibitor-designated contractor authorization forms due (must be accompanied by certificates of insurance)
