Formed in 1977,CMC Energy Services is a nationally recognized WBE energy efficiency service provider for all markets from residential to samll business to commercial & industrial. Our services include providing in-home energy audits and weatherization for single and multifamily homes at market rate and for income-eligible; call center support; QA/QC work; servicing small business direct install programs, providing support for clean heating and cooling technologies like heat pumps, marketing, trade ally management and providing engineering and outreach for large C&I programs. Most recently, we’ve enhanced our support for clean heating and cooling technology, including ductless heat pumps, for several different markets. CMC coordinated an 80-unit cold climate ductless heat pump (DHP) pilot for ComEd for multifamily, income eligible customers. The pilot was included in ComEd’s next round of projects and CMC will install 1,100 DHPs in income-eligible, multifamily sites during the next three years. CMC also mapped the entire HVAC ecosystem for NYSERDA to help them determine ways to revolutionize the HVAC market and push it toward electrification.
