The Medical Student Meet-the-Mentors Roundtable is designed for medical students to engage with Clinical Cardiovascular Electrophysiology (CCEP) physicians-in-training and early career attendings, regarding career development, learn more about the electrophysiology track, and grow their knowledge and hopefully passion for the EP field, for an all-around rewarding experience.

Rhythm Theaters are a tremendous opportunity to educate and increase interaction with professional attendees by hosting promotional presentations during the scheduled Exhibit Hall hours. The Skills Training Sessions are hands-on educational programs presented by industry that provide Heart Rhythm attendees with the opportunity to become more adept and familiar with technologies, procedures, and best practices in the field.

Engage with electrophysiologist professionals in a small-group educational setting while demonstrating how your technology is uniquely able to fill their needs.

Program Information:

• The Skills Training Area is in the Exhibit Hall, near the Posters and Rhythm Theaters, with three dedicated skills training session locations.
• Each Skills Training Sponsorship includes access to a space for one day to run sessions:
  • Friday, 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday, 9:15 AM – 12:00 PM
• Sessions should be designed to accommodate no more than 25 learners per workshop as these are intimate hands-on learning experiences. We recommend no more than a 6 to 1 learner to instructor ratio.
• Sponsor can indicate target audience as part of the proposal; different sessions can target different audiences throughout the day.

Support and promote diversity and women leadership in EP at this annual ticketed event during Heart Rhythm 2024.
