Standard Booth Space

  • $19.95/square foot (or $1,995 per 10-ft.-by-10-ft. space)

Tabletop* Booth Space

  • $995 for small businesses
  • $675 for nonprofit organizations and universities

*A business renting a tabletop exhibit space cannot employ more than 5 persons, including both part-time and full-time.

 

Exhibit Hours

  • Thursday, April 26, 5:30 pm-9: 00 pm
  • Friday, April 27, 11:00 am-5:30 pm
  • Saturday, April 28, 9:30 am-2:30 pm

 

Exhibit Set-Up

  • Wednesday, April 25, 8:00 am-4:30 pm
  • Thursday, April 26, 8:00 am-12:00 pm (noon)

 

Booths must be set up for inspection by 12:00 pm (noon) on Thursday, April 26, to allow time for laying the aisle carpet and cleaning the Exhibit Hall.

 

Exhibit Dismantle

  • Saturday, April 28, 2:30 pm-6:00 pm
  • Sunday, April 29, 8:00 am-1:00 pm

 

Exhibit dismantling may not begin until after the show has officially closed.
