Contract and deposit are due within 30 days of the receipt of your space application. Failure to comply could result in the release of your booth space.
Payment Schedule: After February 2, 2021 - 100% due with Application
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing by email to Exhibits@iafc.org
After February 2, 2021 no refund will be made for cancellation, even if space is resold. Any company canceling all or part of their contracted exhibit space after this date will forfeit any payment previously made.
2022 FIRE-RESCUE INTERNATIONAL
2022 Fire-Rescue International will be held August 24-27 in San Antonio, Texas. Space Selection will be open in late August 2021. NO RESERVATIONS for 2022 booth space will be made onsite at 2021 FRI.
