As an exhibitor at FRI, we want to make sure you have a positive experience. This page will be your first stop for all the logistical information and forms needed to set-up your exhibit. The full exhibitor manual and housing is available now and booth personnel registration will be available in late-May.

We are committed to holding Fire Rescue International in person, July 28-30, 2021. Final payment deadline was February 2, please submit payment ASAP. Login to your exhibitor dashboard to pay online or download your invoice. Password required, contact exhibits@iafc.org for assistance.

Exhibitor Logistics

In addition to following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and all federal, state and local directives, the IAFC is continuing to review and implement thorough and up-to-date protocols in place for a safe and successful event this July. The initial floorplan was created with fewer connecting booths and providing every exhibitor with at least one corner for their booth. Additional information regarding local health department guidance will be available soon. Please contact exhibits@iafc.org if you wish further information on this variance to our standard FRI exhibiting rules
