SERTC welcomes HazMat Responders, BOOTH #228

Established in 1985, the Security and Emergency Response Training Center (SERTC) is operated by the Transportation Technology Center, Inc., a subsidiary of the Association of American Railroads.  SERTC has trained more than 70,000 participants worldwide.

Our mission is to be the Leader in training for Hazardous Materials Response to Surface Transportation. Students understand the processes that are required to deal with a transportation accident involving HazMat/WMD and the options that are available. Training on actual transportation equipment students encounter real world emergency scenario-based field exercises.

A member of the National Domestic Preparedness Consortium (NDPC), SERTC offers five (5) federally funded programs. Our newest NDPC approved course - Crude by Rail emergency response (CBR)
