Exhibit booth sales for Hazmat 2022 are available based on priority points. Appointment times have been communicated to booth contacts. General booth sales will open to all exhibitors on November 1. Click here for more details.

  • Appointment times are in priority point order.
  • Password is required and companies will be unable to login until scheduled appointment time.
  • All companies should complete the Appointment Preference Form prior to appointment time. This form indicates if company intends to select a booth online, request a call from IAFC to select over phone, or by submitting a Proxy Form.
  • If submitting a Proxy Form, this should be completed at least 1 hour prior to appointment.

Exhibitors are able to access the floorplan and view the current exhibitor list.
