Compositional Analysis
6 second multi-component analysis of dairy products. 1 instrument analyzes cream, dairy powders, butters, cottage cheeses, cheeses, yogurt, etc. for moisture, total solids, protein, fat, sugars, and others. Functional Analysis
Our Rapid Visco Analyzer (RVA) measures functional properties. Use it in R&D as a miniature pilot plant to create new products; test new formulations/ingredients prior to scale-up. Use it to monitor processes and for QC to ensure products meet end-use and quality requirements. Measure properties such as gel temp, viscosity, melting & solidification temps, & much more.
