Although there is no limit on the number of badges you can request from a staffing standpoint, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the number of names submitted and key-in on those people who are most integral to your booth set-up and operation.
CinemaCon, in concert with its association partners at ICTA and NAC, have instituted a Guest Badge policy that will provide each exhibiting company up to five (5) complimentary guest badges PER BOOTH (8' x 10' or 10' x 10'). Any request above and beyond this amount will available at a cost of $75 per badge.
Between one and two months before showtime, you will receive an email from An Ideal Partner, CinemaCon’s official registration management company with instructions on how to submit your request for both Staff and Guest Badges. Please note all staff and guest badges permit access to the Trade Show only. If you are interested in attending any CinemaCon events or functions outside of the Trade Show, individual or group registrations can be purchased directly from the CinemaCon website under the 'Registration' tab.
