Trade Show Badge Policy
Exhibitors and their guests can register for Trade Show badges, which provide access to the Trade Show floor only. If you or your guest would like to attend other scheduled events, individual or group registrations can be purchased on the CinemaCon 2025 website under the Registration section.
Please note that upgrading from a Trade Show badge to a higher registration package is not available. To attend seminars or other events, Domestic, International, or Trade Show/Seminar registrations must be purchased at the published rates. Guest badges are intended for customers not registered for CinemaCon 2025 and should not be used for friends or colleagues who are expected to pay the full Trade Show attendee rate.
Staff Badges: There is no limit to the number of staff badges you can request. However, we ask that you register only those essential to setting up and operating your booth.
Guest Badges: Each exhibiting company is entitled to up to five (5) complimentary guest badges per booth (8'x10' or 10'x10') in partnership with ICTA and NAC. Additional guest badges beyond this limit are available for $75 each.
