Early move-out not only lessens our members’ perception of the early-departing exhibitor, it impacts their overall impression of the event.

Penalties for early move-out are identified in your exhibitor contract.

Meet your Exhibits Advisory Committee

During RIMS ’13, members of your Exhibits Advisory Committee (EAC) will be available at the EAC Networking Breakfast on Sunday. They’ll also be walking through the hall visiting each booth and gathering your feedback to learn more about what we’re doing right, and what could use some tweaking.  Please share any questions and feedback you have with them so we can make the next RIMS, YOUR RIMS!

RIMS 2014 Pre-Planning Opportunity!!!

Get a jump in the planning process and join us in Denver this coming May 14-16 for RIMS In-Site Tour, the official site inspection tour.

This event is open to all 2013 exhibitors and provides the perfect opportunity to site tour the designated hospitality hotels and venues.  You will get a first-hand look at available hospitality suites, hotel and convention center function space, and local event space.  You will also sample hotel and center cuisine and meet their staff to assist you with the selection of the best function space for your company’s hospitality event at RIMS ‘14.

And let’s face it, not all business partnerships happen in the boardroom. During RIMS ’14 In-Site Tour, you will have unparalleled B2B and networking opportunities with your peer exhibitors in an informal and engaging social environment.

Complete the RSVP form and discover all Denver has to offer. We look forward to seeing you there!
