To help our exhibitors maximize their presence at RIMS ‘13, we offer them the opportunity to reserve an exclusive Press Conference Room located adjacent to the Press Room at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Here, exhibiting companies can showcase their products and services, introduce executives and release important news to press.

 

The fully-equipped Press Conference Room features theatre-style seating and can accommodate up to 50 reporters for conferences or interviews. Audio/Visual equipment is available as needed.

 

At no extra cost, RIMS will inform all registered media about your press conference.

Monday, April 22

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

 

Tuesday, April 23

9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

 

Wednesday, April 24

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

 

Cost:              

$600 for 60 minutes

$750 for 90 minutes

 

RIMS 2013 will also provide a Press Room, located adjacent to the Press Conference Room, for use by accredited press only.  Exhibitors may leave behind press kits, news releases and event invitations.  A schedule of each day’s press conferences will be made available in the Press Room.
