Please read these instructions carefully to secure the appropriate badge for your staff.
There will be no refunds for cancellations, unused badges or onsite purchases.


Each exhibiting company is entitled to three booth personnel badges and one (ECOMP) Exhibitor Complimentary Full Conference Registration for every 10x10 booth space.  


To determine exhibitor’s badges allotment refer to Badges Allotment and Fees. To learn about badge types and access refer to Registration Categories at a Glance.

  • The exhibitor contact must add his/her name to the badge list if he/she will be staffing the booth.
  • ECOMP badges must be assigned to exhibiting company staff and may not be assigned to a client.
  • Exhibitor Complimentary Full Conference Registration (ECOMP) does not need booth staff badges.
  • No additional ECOMPs are sold. If additional staff wish to attend sessions, they must register as an attendee at www.RIMS.org/Register 
  • Additional Booth Personnel badges may be purchased for $100.00 per badge before the advance registration deadline of March 22, 2013 and $150 per badge after the deadline.
  • The deadline to register within your allotment at no charge is March 22, 2013. ECOMP and Booth Personnel assignment after the deadline will incur a fee per badge.
  • Members of your staff who are registered as attendees do not need an exhibitor badge; they must obtain an Exhibitor ribbon from the Exhibitor Help Desk onsite or the Ribbon/Event Ticket Counter at the Attendee Help Desk.

View Registration Badge Type and Access at a Glance

All badges are printed onsite at the Self-Registration/Badge Will Call counter located in South Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center. Government issued photo-id is required to pick-up badges.  For reasons of security and your company’s brand protection, all booth personnel registering onsite will require a business card with the exhibiting company name (subsidiary companies are accepted.)

 

Badge Entitlements and Event Ticket Information

ECOMPs are considered full conference registrants and are eligible to attend sessions, food functions, keynotes, networking events and access the exhibit hall. Tickets are not needed to attend any of these events. Badges are required for admittance to all events. 


No tickets are required for Booth Personnel to attend the Opening Reception and the Conference Finale (badge is required).


Booth Personnel badges can access the exhibit hall only to staff booth and are not eligible to attend sessions and luncheons.


Any guest accompanying the ECOMP or Booth Personnel will require a ticket to attend Opening Reception, General Session Keynote and Conference Finale for $75.


Event tickets may be purchased through online registration system at the bottom page of the Booth Personnel Registration tab, or the ECOMP can purchase the tickets once registration has been processed through the Registration Resource Center at www.RIMS.org/ConferenceChanges

ExhibitorServices@RIMS.orgEntire ticket order must be picked up onsite at Event Ticket Counter, Registration – South Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center. Government issued photo ID, business card, and signature are required to pick up tickets.  Ticket holders must be 21 years of age and older. All sales are final – no refunds for lost or unused tickets.


Please note: Guest ticket holder for the General Session Keynote will be assigned to back hall seating area at 8:30 a.m.  (no breakfast) 


Changes and Substitutions

Booth personnel badges may be modified online at any time, including onsite throughout the Conference. Substitutions are at no charge; no substitutions can be made on badges that have already been printed. To edit/substitute your booth personnel, simply access the registration console, go to Booth Personnel Registration tab, scroll down to Exhibitor Registration Roster > click on Update next to the name of the registrant and just type over the old information.


ECOMPs can be added and substituted without a fee through the online registration process through March 22, 2013. After the deadline, a fee of $100 will be charged to add or substitute ECOMP(s).


To substitute an ECOMP, simply access the registration console, go to Booth Personnel Registration tab, scroll down to Exhibitor Registration Roster > you must delete the original ECOMP name and add the substituting ECOMP as a new registration. ECOMP transactions and substitutions can also be done onsite at the Exhibitor Help Desk in the South Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Any additional staff added/changes to your registration roster after March 22, 2013 will be subject to Regular fees below.
