Countdown to RIMS ’13!
With five weeks to show site, the following information will assist you with contractor and booth staff schedules. Check the event schedule on RIMS website for details.

Exhibit Hall Hours and Events

A reminder that we have changed the exhibit hall hours and events for RIMS ’13!  Nearly 50% of our hours are exclusive and do not compete against sessions.  We also added some great new food and beverage functions in the hall. View the schedule below and note the exhibit hall will close at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 24.  The Treasure Trek Passport prizes will be awarded during the Conference Finale beginning at 2:15pm on Wednesday, 2/24 and all exhibitors are invited to attend.

NOTE: Since the RIMS Exhibit Hall is now closing at 2:00pm based on your feedback, please respect the integrity of the show as well as the efforts of your fellow exhibitors, and refrain from early move-out. Early move-out not only lessens our members’ perception of the early-departing exhibitor, it impacts their overall impression of the event.

Penalties for early move-out are identified in your exhibitor contract.

Meet your Exhibits Advisory Committee

During RIMS ’13, members of your Exhibits Advisory Committee (EAC) will be available at the EAC Networking Breakfast on Sunday. They’ll also be walking through the hall visiting each booth and gathering your feedback to learn more about what we’re doing right, and what could use some tweaking.  Please share any questions and feedback you have with them so we can make the next RIMS, YOUR RIMS! 

Reserve a Meeting Room in the Exhibit Hall

Back by popular demand, RIMS is offering client meeting rooms exclusively to our exhibitors.  These hard-walled and lockable meeting rooms are set up on the show floor and come with electricity, table, 6 chairs, wastebaskets, and three reusable exhibit hall passes for your clients and prospects to visit you on the show floor.  Quantities are limited so reserve yours today!

RIMS ’13 Community Service Day

Join RIMS and Zurich on Sunday, April 21^st as we spend the day helping the Child Care Resource Center. This organization promotes optimal child development and family well-being through access to quality child care, family support, economic development and community education. Volunteers will support the CCRC's Head Start program by stuffing backpacks, creating storyboards, sorting and cleaning books and putting together puppet stages for classrooms. RIMS 2014 Pre-Planning Opportunity!!!
