RIMS 2012 Annual Conference & Exhibition offers exhibitors the opportunity to rent the Press Conference Room and host their very own press event to announce breaking news, new hires or products for the more than 50 members of the media expected to attend.
The fully-equipped Press Conference Room features theatre-style seating and can accommodate up to 50 reporters for conferences or interviews. Audio/Visual equipment is available as needed.
At no extra cost, RIMS will inform all registered media about your press conference.

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Cost:
$300 for 60 minutes
$350 for 90 minutes
RIMS 2012 will also provide a Press Room, located adjacent to the Press Conference Room, for use by accredited press only. Here, exhibitors may leave behind press kits, news releases and event invitations. A schedule of each day’s press conferences will be made available in the Press Room.
