TO REGISTER PRIMARY AND ADDITIONAL BOOTH PERSONNEL PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR THE SGA WEBSITE REGISTRATION PAGE (PASSWORD WILL BE THE SGA PASSWORD YOU USE FOR EVENT REGISTRATION AND TO UPDATE YOUR MEMBER PROFILE.....NOT THE PASSWORD YOU USED FOR BOOTH SELECTION. If YOU DO NOT HAVE A LOGIN FOR THE SGA WEBSITE YOU MAY CREATE ONE BY FOLLOWING THE ONLINE DIRECTIONS).
TO RESERVE YOUR BOOTH ONLINE: Using the Navigation bar to the left, click on Reserve a Booth, enter your password (it's case sensitive), click Login and follow these steps. (to print these instructions, use the Print button in the top right corner of this screen).
Step 1: Primary address information will be displayed(This is the primary contact for your company or if you wish the show contact/This is not the contact that will be printed in the show guide.). To make changes to Primary address information, click the Update button, make changes, then select Submit & Proceed.(Show Mgmt will update address after receiving) Click Next or Booth Selection to continue.
Step 2: Booth Selection. You will see the interactive floor plan. Move your cursor over the booths to see which ones are available, reserved, or sold, and by whom. Click on the available booth you want, and the Selected Booth field will be populated. Click Save and Proceed; or Reset to select a different booth.
Step 3: Reserve your Booth. The only thing you need to do on this page is to review the show rules, and check the box acknowledging that you have read and agree to abide by the rules, and click Submit. You will receive an invoice and payment information from SGA in a separate email.
Step 4: Congratulations! You have successfully reserved your booth. You will receive a system-generated email for your reservation immediately. Show management will send you a confirmation email (this may take up to a couple of days). After receiving the confirmation email you will be able to log back into your account to complete payment for the booth only, additional personnel will be through the SGA website. Update/enter information for the show guide. (Your account information will not be displayed until it has been processed by Show Management)
Step 5: To update Show Guide: After receiving your confirmation (information will not display until you have received your confirmation), on the Navigation bar to the left click on Exhibitor Login, enter your password, click on edit company information, the information on this page will be what is printed in the show guide.
EXCEPTIONS - PLEASE NOTE:
A. The online system is set up to reserve three booths per company only. If you are interested in reserving more than three booths, contact Jane Butler by email or phone (972) 620-4023.
Standard Booth Fee - $1095 SGA Member Company; $1695 Non-Member. Includes one 8 ft. x 10 ft. booth with pipe and drape, one table, two chairs, Company ID sign; one attendee’s conference registration, and free listing in the conference print and online show guide.
Premium Booth Fee - $1395 SGA Member Company; $1995 Non-Member. (end caps and/or booths near food/beverage are considered premium booths and are outlined in green on the floor plan)
Table Fees (1-22) - $895.00 SGA Member Company; $1,495 Non-Member. Includes one 6 x 2 ft. skirted table (note: there will be a limit on height for the table tops/they DO NOT have any back drape), two chairs, Company ID sign; one attendee's conference registration, and listing in the conference print and online show guide.
Additional Booth Personnel -$425 per person ($625 for non members). All booth personnel must register for the Conference.
Monday, July 23rd - Exhibitor set up starts 8:00 am, exhibits open 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Reception 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
Tuesday, July 24th - 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Breakfast and Lunch with exhibits & Business Mixer 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Wednesday, July 25th - Exhibits break down 7:00 am to 9:00 am.
