Coatings:
- WJ30EN (AlCrSiN+) AlCrSiN+ is an excellent coating for high abrasive wear and heat resistance with a top layer with high hardness and toughness. It has a wide application range and is good in Super Alloys applications. A premium coating for those difficult applications.
- WJ30EM (AlTiSiN+) AlTiSiN+ is a very hard coating with a low coefficient of friction. It is best suited for milling Die and Mold Steels. It can also be used in Graphite and some Composites.

Applications: For difficult to machine materials such as Inconel and nickel-based materials
- Variable pitch for reduced chatter and increased productivity
- 4 flutes for heavy aggressive slotting up to ½” diameter, peripheral milling and trochoidal machining
- 5 flutes for slotting up to 0.5 x tool diameter, or peripheral milling and trochoidal machining with up to 7% engagement
- 7 flutes designed for all hardness levels, hard Inconel and dynamic milling
