Getting Started 

2012 TechCon Exhibit Tuesday, May 1 - 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 2 - 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Santa Clara Convention Center, Santa Clara, California

1. Explore the Exhibit Floor Plan for the 2012 TechCon Exhibit.
2. Make note of your preferred booth choices (you can indicate up to 8 choices on the application).
3. Take a few minutes to review Sponsorship Opportunities, TechCon Exhibit Guide advertising details, and Exhibitor Add-Ons prior to completing the Exhibit Application & Contract.
4. When you are ready to reserve your booth, click on the Reserve a Booth button to access the SVC Exhibit Application & Contract.  Complete this form (required fields are indicated with an *) and submit your application for processing.
5. Review the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations.
6. Review the Exhibitor Services Manual and Lead Retrieval Form.

• SVC needed to receive your Contract, including payment in full, booth choices, and companies you do not wish to be near, prior to October 15, 2011 for your company to take advantage of the points that have been accrued.  Exhibiting companies who submitted applications before October 15 have been notified of booth assignments.  Contracts received after October 15 will be assigned in the order they were received.
  
  

Login to the Exhibitor Console

When you have received your booth assignment you will also be given an Exhibitor Login Code.  This will be used to login to the Exhibitor Console and the Exhibitor Profile section where you have the opportunity to:

• Create your Exhibitor Profile, providing details on your company's products and services to share with potential attendees.  Note that there are two Exhibitor Profiles:  1) 50-word profile that will be used for the TechCon Exhibit Guide and 2) a more extensive profile that will be part of your Exhibitor Profile page.
• Add ten (10) Product Categories to your Exhibitor Profile page
• Post details on Show Specials
• Purchase Add-Ons to enhance pre-conference marketing, including:
  -  Banner Ads on the Exhibit Floor Plan page
  -  Visit Us Now company logo and link on your Profile page

     -  Press Releases that can highlight news and products

You can return to the Exhibitor Console as often as necessary to update your Exhibitor Profile and to preview your listing.  All changes are made in real-time.

 
Announce Your Participation in the 2012 SVC TechCon Exhibit!

Place the 2012 TechCon Logo on your website, add it to your E-marketing material, and include it on your E-mail signature to let everyone know that you will be exhibiting in Santa Clara.  We suggest using the logo along with a tagline that announces the dates of the exhibit along with your booth number.

Visit us in Booth #113, May 1-2, 2012  

All Exhibitors will receive a copy of this logo when booth assignments have been made or you can download your copy now.  The logo will open in a new window.  Right click on the image to download it to your computer.  This is a .jpg version; if you require a different file format, please send a request to svcinfo@svc.org.
