Lunch Symposium (Non-CME)

This unique opportunity provides a forum for exhibitors to promote new products and services, present new research findings or conduct product demonstrations outside of the exhibit booth and in an optimum environment.
Take advantage of this occasion to provide more chances to learn for attendees and gain additional face-to-face contact with potential buyers. A box lunch is included in the fee for each Lunch and Learn Seminar. Bring your lead retrieval unit to capture contact details for participants.
Lunch and Learns are available only to 2025 AANS exhibiting companies, are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Only completed applications accompanied by payment will be considered.

Format
- Informational, non-CME presentation (45 minutes)
- Up to two presenters accepted
- The Lunch and Learn fee includes function space in the AANS Learning Center, theater-style seating arrangement, a lectern, presenter’s table and audiovisual equipment (LCD projector with screen, microphone and headset audio system). The AANS does not provide a computer.
- Medical attendees are provided a lunch ticket to redeem for a boxed lunch. Lunches will be placed in the public space near the Lunch and Learns. Lunches are not provided for exhibitors.
No Implied Endorsement
Lunch and Learns are considered unofficial programs (not endorsed by the AANS). Therefore, there can be no implications in any promotional materials or mailers that the programs are presented in cooperation with, planned by, hosted by, endorsed or sponsored by the AANS. The use of the 2025 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting artwork is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the AANS does not provide CME credit for these programs.
