Welcome Reception* Supported By Coke

This special event lets conference attendees and guests kick off their NCE experience in style with food, beverage, entertainment and exclusive networking opportunities with the AAP Board of Directors and the NCE Planning Group Members.

Kid’s Camp During the Welcome Reception*

Kids and their families are thrilled with their own welcome reception as a unique “camp” experience. Our attendees’ children will feel that they are at summer camp without the threat of rain. Games are planned and craft stations are set up to keep the kids entertained. Kid-friendly food and drinks will make this a night to remember.

Experience Boston! Saturday AAP Family Night*

Sponsor an evening out for up to 3,500 attendees and their families! Past AAP Family Nights included museums, zoos, parks, and aquariums. AAP Family Nights are available on Saturday evening of the NCE.

President’s Reception in the Exhibit Hall
    Individual Food Station ($20,000)
    All 4 Food Stations ($75,000)*

More than 3,000 professional attendees participate in the AAP President’s Reception each year, with food/beverage adding to the appeal of viewing the exhibits along with an opportunity to interact with the AAP President and Board of Directors. Support of two or more food stations receives Gold Sponsorship recognition, including product logo. The food station may be located proximally to the sponsor’s booth—call to discuss more details.

Pediatric Bowl ($20,000)

Part game show part trivia contest, Pediatric Bowl is the ultimate in "edu-tainment" (education meets entertainment).  This ultimate mind-bending throw-down requires top skills in visual diagnosis, creative thinking, and pediatric/general medical knowledge.  When teams are stumped, the audience gets to weigh in.  This year, three teams of pediatric residents and their repective program directors will face off at the Pediatric Bowl.  Past participants from the Boston area have included MassGeneral Hospital for Children, Children's Hospital Boston, and Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center.

Women in Pediatrics Breakfast Forum ($20,000)

This extraordinary hour of breakfast, conversation, and networking with women pediatricians provides a unique opportunity that attendees don’t want to miss. Topics in the past have included: balancing professional and family life, the first 5 years of practice, part-time employment, and more. In addition to the table discussions, attendees hear from the past and future leadership of the AAP who share their insights into the ever-changing field of pediatrics and the vital role that women play in leadership in the pursuit of attaining optimal health and well-being for all children.

Exhibit Hall Coffee Breaks
    Individual break ($7,000)
    All 3 breaks ($20,000)

Afternoon coffee breaks are held in the exhibit hall during exhibit hours Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
