Relaxation Station ($15,000)
One of the most popular booths at the meeting! Attendees enjoy a brief massage by a licensed professional massage therapist. Sponsor may also provide t-shirts with corporate recognition for all massage personnel to wear at the booth.
International Pediatric Ambassador Program ($25,000)
The AAP invites leaders from pediatric societies around the world to attend the NCE. Your support of an International Ambassador Program affords them the opportunity to present and/or attend pediatric educational programs, and participate in collaborating with the AAP. Support of this activity receives Silver Sponsorship recognition.
Child Care Center ($25,000)
As an organization dedicated to the care of children, we place a high priority on the availability of quality childcare at the NCE. This continues to be a valuable benefit to our members and makes it possible to those who otherwise would not be able to attend. Support of this activity receives Silver Sponsorship recognition plus the ability to provide gift/coupon/product bags to those who use
the child care center. We recognize that today’s youngest “NCE attendees” may be in child care for just one day.
NCE Tote Bag ($40,000)
All professional attendees will receive a complimentary bag at registration featuring the NCE and sponsor or company logos. Supporter receives Gold Sponsorship recognition.
Shuttle Buses ($25,000-$50,000) Supported
Approximately 20 buses will transport thousands of attendees
throughout Washington, DC. Each shuttle will have a 20” x 20” color graphic of the sponsor’s logo in the bus window. The sponsor logo will be included on all shuttle route signs. To increase exposure and maximize impact, consider including a 2’ x 32’ banner along the entire side of the bus with sponsor graphics or a full bus wrap for an additional cost.
Hotel Key Cards-Supported By Galderma Laboratories
Reach meeting attendees through Hotel Key sponsorship. Support of this activity receives Gold Sponsorship recognition including company and product logo recognition. Keys will be in use for the duration of the meeting, beginning Friday, for all rooms within the AAP room block at the headquarter hotel(s) and other properties.
Lanyards-Supported by Nestle
Every meeting attendee must have a badge, and lanyards are a convenient solution to keeping badges handy. Support of this activity receives Silver Sponsorship recognition.
Internet Pavilion-Funded by Mead Johnson
Internet cafes will be provided at the convention center, inside the exhibit hall, and at the headquarter hotel for attendees to check their e-mail, access the Internet, look up educational sessions and exhibitor products, or leave messages for other attendees.
Book purchase opportunities available in your interest area

Book Supporter AAP Author Signings
Get in on the excitement of an AAP author book signing event! Several AAP book authors will be available for these popular signings in the AAP Resource Center during NCE 2011. Books will be stickered with your company logo and will be given away during the signing and for the duration of the conference (while supplies last). Sponsors will be recognized in a Doctor's Bag insert promoting the event and on AAP Resource Center signage. CAll for pricing and availability.
