Goals
- Promote collaboration between the medical and dental communities in addressing children’s oral health.
- Improve child health professionals’ understanding of the causes and prevention of early childhood dental caries, the long- and short-term consequences of dental disease, and impact of dental disease on the individual, family, and community.
- Provide information about the systems of care for the improving children’s oral health.
