Goals

Promote collaboration between the medical and dental communities in addressing children’s oral health.
Improve child health professionals’ understanding of the causes and prevention of early childhood dental caries, the long- and short-term consequences of dental disease, and impact of dental disease on the individual, family, and community.
Provide information about the systems of care for the improving children’s oral health.
