We anticipate 12,500 total attendees and estimate about 8,500 key decision makers.
I have not received my exhibitor kit (Online Exhibitor Service Manual)?
The Online Exhibitor Service Manual is sent electronically along with a password. The Online Exhibitor Service Manual will be sent in June. If it is past June 2012, please immediately contact our General Contractor: Tradeshow Logistics either via email or phone. Email: aapexhibitorcare@tradeshowlogistics.com or 877-857-2838 enter #2.
How can I obtain an attendee list?
The Attendee Marketing List form is provided in your Online Exhibitor Service Manual. Before your order can be processed, you must submit mailing materials for approval to: Eva Fujino either via email, fax or mail: efujino@aap.org , fax: 847-228-5059 or mail: 141 Northwest Point Blvd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007
How will I receive the attendee list and what is included on the list?
The attendee list includes mailing addresses only (no email). The list is emailed to the key tradeshow contact in an excel document.
How much does the attendee list cost?
The pre show list price is $600 and the post show list price is $800.
When will the attendee list be sent?
Exhibitors who order prior to the discount deadline and mailer is approved, list(s) will be sent Wednesday, September 12, 2012. Orders approved after the initial list is sent, will be processed on Wednesday of every week.
Where do I find forms such as: Intent to Distribute Premium, Novelty Items, or Food Products?
These forms can be found in your Online Exhibitor Service Manual.
Where can I register exhibitor names (for badges)?
Once you are logged in with your password you will be able to select the Booth Personnel link to enter names.

How do I submit my company information & product description?
You will be sent a link and password in your Booth Assignment Letter. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to update the online information. Information from previous exhibiting years are automatically carried over, so please be sure to update the information.

Enter company/product description information in ONLINE PROFILE to be viewed on our website for up to year after the 2012 NCE. (up to 75 words or 1,000 characters).
