Submitting an Abstract

April 13, 2012 is the deadline for submission of abstracts for the 2012 AAP National Conference & Exhibition.

Section and council programs held at the AAP conference cover clinical matters or research related to subspecialty or special interest areas. Submissions by AAP members and nonmembers are welcome, with participation open to health professionals in any field.

Abstract submissions are only considered for the following programs: Breastfeeding; Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery; Clinical Information Technology; Critical Care; Embracing Every Child: Combating Health Care Disparities in Your Office and Community(Peds-21); Emergency Medicine; Foster Care, Adoption and Kinship Care; Hospice and Palliative Medicine; Hospital Medicine; Injury, Violence & Poison Prevention; International Child Health; Medical Students, Residents and Fellowship Trainees; Medicine-Pediatrics; Orthopedics; Perinatal Pediatrics; School Health; Sports Medicine & Fitness; Surgery; Transport Medicine; and Urology (Basic Science and Clinical Research and Pediatric Urology Nurses).
