Product Theaters

Product Theaters are non-CME educational presentations from exhibiting companies during the conference. It's a great way to see the hottest pediatric medical devices and products and revitalize for an afternoon of learning.

 

2012 AAP Career Fair

Attend the 8th Annual AAP Career Fair, now conveniently located in the exhibit hall-it's bigger, brighter, better! Swing by for the ideal opportunity to network with major healthcare recruiters from all over the country. The 2012 AAP Career Fair now open daily Saturday through Monday.

 

 

 

AAP Resource Center

Meet and get expert opinions from conference faculty, pick up your personally-autographed AAP publication from renowned authors and editors, visit a board-certified internist from the Section on Med-Peds for a personal preventive service counsultation, and see the hottest products and gadgets from AAP Education (Journals & Periodicals, PediaLink, and Life Support). AAP leaders and staff will be on hand to answer questions about how you can become more involved at the Academy.

Meet the AAP President, Board of Directors, and Planning Group Members while visiting exhibits and sample a variety of foods at different stations.

Sit and relax in a comfortable environment while you catch up on emails and network with colleagues. Take a moment to Tweet about or post your favorite conference moments and pics on our Facebook wall. If your posting is reprinted in our conference newspaper, you'll receive a $5 Starbuck's gift card.

Hometown Radio

Be an advocate for children in your community by taping an interview for your local radio stations.

Hometown Radio is a free service provided by the AAP for members at the conference. Stop by the booth on Sunday from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM and Monday from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM to record a brief interview with a reporter on a topic of your choice. The reporter sends the edited interview to select radio stations for airing.

Relaxation Station

Stop by the Relaxation Station for a free massage to relax away tension in key areas of the neck, back, shoulders and more.

Lunch break and concessions open daily at the restaurant during Exhibit Hall hours.
