Scientific Assembly offers many unique sponsorship opportunities designed to fit any budget or need. Opportunities for each level are listed below.

Every registrant will receive an official Scientific Assembly tote bag. In return for support, the underwriting company’s logo will be printed on one side of the bag. Other benefits of support include a promotional piece included in the portfolio and signage in the registration area.
Hand Sanitizing Stations
$6,000 for premium placement (4 available)
$3,500 for non-premium placement (multiple available)
The hand sanitizing stations are widely used during Scientific Assembly to prevent the spread of germs during cold and flu season. This opportunity allows for company and/or product advertising on the station. Premium stations will be placed in the registration area and the entrance to the exhibit hall. Non-premium stations will be placed throughout other areas of the convention center.

Registration Area and Exhibit Hall station SOLD
The charging stations will be used by registrants to charge their ever-present mobile devices, tablets, and MP3 players. This opportunity allows for company and/or product advertising on the station as well as a video about your company's product/service (company to provide video). Premium stations will be placed in the registration area. Non-premium stations will be placed in the exhibit hall and on the Grand Concourse.
Relaxation Stations- $9,500 each (2 available)
The relaxation stations are where the attendees go to have their stress released in the form of a 5-minute chair massage. There are two locations on the show floor and historically, both have been extremely popular. Your company’s name will be listed on signage in each station and you will be able to provide paper water cups with your company/product logo for each station. In addition, you will have the option of handing out massage tickets from your booth. That’s right – if they want a massage, they have to come to you first!

The schedule-at-a-glance board is an extremely large, visible, double-sided sign located in the registration area at the convention center and lists the course schedule for Scientific Assembly This exclusive opportunity allows for company and/or product advertising on a total of four panels – great for a new product launch or introducing your company to the EM marketplace.
Journal - $25,000 (exclusive) - SOLD
All registrants will receive a journal that can be used for taking valuable notes during the educational sessions. In return for support, your company's logo will be printed on the front cover of the journal and on every other page of the journal with a watermark. Other benefits of support include a promotional piece included in the portfolio bag and signage in the registration area.
Aisle Signs - $3,000 each (19 available)
Want people to know where you are? Put your company's logo on the aisle sign in the
aisle(s) where your booth is located. Or, even better - on EVERY aisle sign.
Discounts will be given for purchasing 3 or more aisles.

Floor Decals - $2,500 (6 available)
A large Scientific Assembly floor decal will be placed at the entrance to the exhibit hall. What better to go right next to it than your company's logo? These logos will be 4'x4' in area and category exclusivity will apply. This means that your competitor will be left out in the cold if you grab this first!
Sport Water Bottle- $25,000 (exclusive) - SOLD
Every registrant will receive an official Scientific Assembly reusable sport water bottle. In return for support, the underwriting company's logo will be printed on one side of the bottle. You will also have the opportunity to include a "message in a bottle" to promote your company and drive traffic to your booth. Other benefits of support include a promotional piece included in the portfolio bag and signage in the registration area. Water Cooler Stations - $20,000 (exclusive)
Several water cooler stations will be placed throughout the convention center. With this opportunity, these stations would be "wrapped" with your company's logo. Support both the water bottles (above) and the water cooler stations and we'll talk discount!
Opening Party - $25,000 (exclusive)- SOLD
Join the attendees at a fun-filled Opening Party on Monday evening. For being a partner with ACEP in this event, your company will be recognized on all signage and articles announcing and reporting on the Opening Party. As an added benefit, you will also be allowed to provide napkins with your company’s name and logo for the food and beverage stations.
Pens - $10,000 (exclusive) - SOLD
A pen advertising ACEP’s future meetings will be included in each registrant’s tote bag. As an added benefit for underwriting the pens, your company may include a promotional piece in the portfolio and your company name will be included on signage in the registration area.
Highlighters - $10,000 (exclusive)
A highlighter advertising ACEP’s future meetings and containing your company's logo will be included in each registrant’s tote bag. As an added benefit for underwriting the highlighters, your company may include a promotional piece in the portfolio and your company name will be included on signage in the registration area.
Backlit Kiosks - $5,000 each (multiple available)
There are several backlit kiosks on the Grand Concourse at the Colorado Convention Center that are available for advertising. Think of it like a movie poster at the theater that you can use for the purpose of advertising your company's product/service and drive traffic to your booth. This is an opportunity that is unique to the Colorado Convention Center and will not be offered next year so get it while you can! (Subject to availability.)

There are two large digital billboards at the Colorado Convention Center that are available for advertising. Pricing varies based on location of billboard and rotation timing. Coffee Breaks - $9,000 each or two for $15,000 (8 remaining)
There will be a total of six coffee breaks in the exhibit hall as well as one during early registration on Monday afternoon and one on Thursday morning. You will have an opportunity to sponsor one coffee break for $9,000 or two breaks for $15,000. The underwriting company will have signage in each lounge area in the exhibit hall and will also have the opportunity to supply their own coffee cups and/or napkins.
Registration Counter Mats - $15,000 (exclusive)
This is a new opportunity for 2012. Your company's logo and/or product logo will be on top of all of the registration counters. As an added benefit, your company may include a promotional piece in the portfolio and your company name will be included on signage in the registration area.
Opening Session - $10,000 (exclusive)
Gain broad visibility with your support of the Opening Session on Monday, October 8, where a nationally recognized speaker will address all attendees. In addition to the standard support benefits, your company’s name will be included on all news items and signs announcing the Opening Session.
Underwriting of Courses - $2,500 each (volume discounts available)
Courses developed for Scientific Assembly are available for underwriting. The underwriting company will receive acknowledgment on the sign at the entrance to the course and up to four company representatives may receive tickets to attend the underwritten course at no charge. Rorrie Lecture - Redisigning Acute Care: How to Survive and Thrive - $5,000 (exclusive)
The EM landscape at times is devoid of a future vision, but so much opportunity exists. It is time to redesign healthcare and not just look at traditional or emerging methods but to look at the entire concept of how acute care is provided. We want EM to thrive, not survive, and the opportunity for leadership in the redesign is ours, if we take it. During this featured lecture, the speaker will propose ways to be leaders in redesigning acute care delivery while improving the cost effectiveness of acute unscheduled care.
Mills Lecture - 20/20 Vision: A Twenty Year Perspective on Pediatric Emergency Medicine
2012 is the twentieth anniversary of the first Board examination in Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM). From humble and at times fractious beginnings, PEM has grown into a robust and sought after field with its own body of knowledge and clinical standards, which has subsequently shaped how general emergency physicians approach pediatric patients in the ED. What challenges are faced by emergency physicians in relation to children? How do we continue to change the focus from who is providing care to children to how is that care improved and how are outcomes assessed? How do we as a specialty promote not only effective but cost efficient care for children? An expert and pioneer in PEM will discuss these issues and more.

This is an entry-level opportunity. As a President’s Circle supporter, you will be listed as one of the supporters for a major event at Scientific Assembly. Benefits include company listing on signage outside event area, main recognition signs in registration area and in the Onsite Program. You will also receive a $50 discount on a registrant mailing list and President’s Circle ribbons for company representatives.
