CANCELLATIONS

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing no later than Friday, November 15, 2024. If an exhibitor cancels on or before November 15, a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed. No refunds will be issued after this date.

Starting at $279 per night + taxes and fees - while room block remains available. The deadline to make reservations at the discounted rate is December 18, 2024. After December 18, rooms and rates are subject to availability.  

There is a $10 Resort Service Charge. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking, and a one night's stay plus tax deposit is due at the time of booking. Any guaranteed reservation not canceled 5 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee.
