So, you have your booth secured. Now what? We have some fantastic sponsorship and advertising options available so your company can expand your reach beyond the exhibit hall for ACEP Accelerate.

Expert Theater - $15,000
Host an educational session or workshop during breakfast or lunch, focusing on industry trends, product demonstrations, or case studies. Support includes one (1) 45-minute presentation, food and beverage for up to 40 people, and a basic AV set. There will be one breakfast session available from 7:00-7:45 am on January 20-22; and two lunch sessions available from 12:15-1:00 pm on January 20-21.


Sponsorship Opportunities

Keynote Series - $5,000 per day (one supporter per session) or $20,000 for entire series (exclusive) 
This keynote series presents a prime opportunity for sponsors to be recognized for their support of the diverse programs featured at Accelerate. Each day, from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM, January 19-22, attendees will gather to engage with a prominent Accelerate faculty member.

 

General Reception Support - $10,000 (exclusive); $5,000 each (two non-competing co-supporters)
Attendees will enjoy an evening of fun, food, and networking. 
Acknowledgement in the welcome remarks to attendees by the ACEP President

The Learning Lounge - $5,000 for all sessions (a minimum of 5 15-minute sessions will be held)
The Learning Lounge offers an innovative way to extend educational opportunities beyond traditional sessions, allowing attendees from various programs to hear from popular faculty in a relaxed setting and have the opportunity to expand on discussions taking place in the course rooms. The Learning Lounge is strategically located to draw an audience to the Exhibit Hall, fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere where knowledge-sharing and networking thrive.

 

Golf Event Support - $15,000 for up to 60 attendees + company reps; includes bay rental, food, and beverage (two available)
“Golf” outing at the EaglesEdge – a “Top Golf-like” experience at the Omni ChampionsGate. You’ll be able to provide tickets to your preferred attendees and enjoy an evening of networking, golf and fun with potential clients in a relaxed environment.

Mobile App Support - $7,500 (exclusive)
Maximize your visibility at Accelerate with exclusive support of the mobile app. It includes prominent placement of your corporate logo in the mobile app, two banner ads and one push notification per day. 

 

ACEP Photo Booth - $6,000 (exclusive)

Provide Accelerate attendees with the opportunity to create lasting memories of the conference with their friends and colleagues. Every photo will feature the ACEP logo along with your company logo at the bottom.

 

Pop-Up Snack Bar Support - $7,500 (Includes snacks for up to 200 people)

Be the place to go for the “Snack of the Day”. A different snack each day of the exhibit program will be placed in your booth and signage at the front ot the hall will direct attendees where to go for their snack.

Know Before You Go Emails - $3,000 per email (two emails available; one advertiser per email max)
Keep your company at the forefront of attendees’ minds by supporting important conference information. Two emails will be distributed – one a few days before Accelerate and the second the day prior to the start. These messages are designed to provide useful insights and tips to ensure a positive conference experience


Exclusive Daily News e-mails - $2,500 per email (four emails available; two advertisers per email max)
Reach all attendees each day of the conference through these valuable Daily News emails containing key information designed to help attendees make the most of their Accelerate experience.
