Vaccination Verification  

All exhibiting personnel are REQUIRED to complete, sign and return the ACEP22 Exhibitor Attestation form confirming that they meet the requirements for onsite participation. This is to be completed by each individual on your exhibit staff. Anyone registered to attend must complete this form. Therefore, we ask that you share this with your team. We are sharing this with the exhibit point person to disseminate to your participants. Please forward this message on. They can print this form and bring it with them to expedite check-in.

 COVID Safety Protocols

ALL conference attendees, including exhibitors, must abide by ACEP22 COVID Safety Protocols. Anyone unable or unwilling to comply with the safety protocols will not be allowed entry to ACEP22 and will not be refunded.

Badges

Exhibitor personnel will be required to pick up their badges individually in order to comply with COVID Safety Protocols. Badges can be picked up at the Registration Desk located the South Lobby of the Moscone Convention Center, 747 Howard St, San Francisco, CA. Exhibitor badges gain access to the exhibit hall, general sessions, and the kick-off party. Exhibitor badges do not offer admittance to educational sessions. If your booth personnel would like to attend educational programming, they should register here – www.acep.org/sa.

Any additions, cancellations or changes to badges must be made onsite at this time.

Exhibitor Move-In

Booth installation takes place during the following times:

All exhibits must be completely set by Friday, September 30 at 5:00pm. Requests to work beyond the above schedule must be made in writing via the Late Set-up Request form in the Online Exhibitor Service Kit. There will be no refund to exhibitors not set-up in the timeframe outlined. Children and guests are not allowed on the exhibit floor at any time during installation hours.

Attendees will be allowed in the hall during the following hours (Please note that appointments with attendees in the exhibit hall shall only be scheduled during these hours.):

Exhibitor Service Desk

If you need assistance with any contractor services, including furnishings, your boxes, electrical, lead retrieval units, shipping, etc., head to the Exhibitor Service Desk located at the right end of the exhibit hall near Expert Theater 1. This includes all Freeman Services. The Service Desk will be open during all move-in/move-out hours and show hours.

ACEP22 Mobile App

Find a list of who will be attending ACEP22 on our website. We will update the information again just prior to the conference start.

Get Around San Francisco

Shuttles will not be provided as San Francisco is a highly walkable city. However, weather can be unpredictable, so pack weather-appropriate outerwear. Most hotels will be within 15 minutes of the convention center. San Francisco hosts hundreds of conventions annually, many larger than ACEP22. The city works with hotels regularly to ensure ridesharing and taxis are plentiful and available.

Kick-Off Party

The ACEP22 Kick-Off Party will take place at the San Francisco Hilton Union Square on Saturday, October 1 beginning at 7:30pm. The theme for this year's kickoff party is the 1960s and San Francisco's counter-culture movement. Don't forget to bring your best hippie/bohemian attire for the party!

Exhibitor Appreciation Reception

Please join us as we say thank you and introduce you to our ACEP23 host city – Philadelphia. Reception will be held in Expert Theater 2 within the exhibit hall at the conclusion of the show on Sunday, October 2, 3:45pm – 4:30pm. Exhibiting personnel only.

Exhibitor Lounge

Need a break from your booth? Head to the Exhibitor Lounge at the end of the 2000 aisle. There will be some complimentary beverages here for you. Exhibiting personnel only.

Material Handling/Shipping

Exhibitors may hand-carry materials in/out of the exhibit hall through the front entrance. The use/rental of dollies, flat trucks, or other mechanical equipment is not permitted. The official general contractor will control access to the loading docks to provide a safe and orderly move-out. View the exhibitor service kit for more information on shipping and handling.
