In recognition of the growing importance of digital health, ACEP is excited to bring the HackED! Hackathon to ACEP22. We are seeking organizations to support us as we bring together the EM and Technology communities in a forum for discovery and innovation. This event will provide an opportunity to explore potential avenues for value realization and offer insights to help advance technology within the emergency medicine discipline.

Emergency physicians love a good game! Be a part of gamified, self-driven learning opportunities on the show floor. Fit into the space that matches up to your educational interest area through Kahoot! style games happening through engagement on a large digital display.
Studio ACEP Headshot Lounge - $10,000 (exclusive)
Studio ACEP has long been one of the most popular destinations for attendees of the conference. In this area, attendees can put on an ACEP medical coat and get an updated headshot. The sponsor of Studio ACEP will be recognized on signage in the lounge and have the opportunity to provide collateral material in the space.
Therapy Dogs - $7,500
Therapy dogs are beloved for their ability to make us smile and give an overall sense of calm and happiness. Be the reason we’re able to bring them to ACEP22. Dogs will be located in the “Zen Den” Wellness Area next door to ACEP Central. The sponsor will be recognized on signage in the Zen Den and will also be able to provide collateral material in the space.
Branded Arcade Games – $7500 and up depending on the game
Our attendees are competitive! Whether it’s Whac-a-Mole, Air Hockey, Foosball, etc., they enjoy challenging themselves and each other. Help them relax and have some fun with a branded game in the Exhibit Hall. They’ll have a blast and will be thanking you for the fun!
Coffee Breaks - $10,000 per day or all for $25,000
These conference respites provide excellent branding and networking opportunities with conference attendees. All breaks will take place in the Exhibit Hall. Your logo will be featured on signage in each of two break areas. In addition, you have the opportunity to provide cups and/or napkins and a sign for each break station.
