Bayhealth Medical Center’s two hospitals and free-standing Emergency Center see a total of 100K patients per year. Our residency trained EM physicians are employed by the hospital and treat a wide range of pathology with excellent back-up and administrative support. Our largest Ed (55K volume) at the Kent Campus Hospital is only 6 years old and our new Sussex Campus hospital (30K volume) opened in February 2019
