The Resuscitative TEE Workshop
Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) is a cutting-edge medical imaging technique that allows physicians to obtain high-quality ultrasound images of the heart, in real time and anywhere.
In 2016, the team of educators behind The Resuscitative TEE Project - an independent collaboration by a multidisciplinary group of leaders in emergency medicine, intensive care, cardiology and anesthesiology - pioneered the development of this application and accumulated vast teaching experience, to develop an innovative program that is the first State-of-the-Art practical course on resuscitative TEE. The Resuscitative TEE Workshop aims to provide clinicians with the fundamental knowledge and skills to perform focused TEE in critically-ill patients in any acute care setting.
The course has trained over 1200 clinicians worldwide including workshops held in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, Montreal, London, Amsterdam, Toronto, Madrid and Sydney.
