- Last day to reduce/cancel space. The following cancellation penalty schedule applies:
- Cancel prior to January 31, 2024 – 25% penalty fee
- Cancel between January 31 – May 31 – 50% penalty fee
- Full payment for exhibit space balance due
After Friday, May 31
- No refunds issued for cancellations or reductions
Friday, August 16
- Island blueprints due
- Company descriptions are due
Friday, September 6
- Exhibitor-designated contractor authorization forms due (must be accompanied by certificates of insurance)
- Giveaway/Prize Drawing requests due
- Exhibitor badge requests due
