- Last day to reduce/cancel space. The following cancellation penalty schedule applies:
- Cancel on or before March 2 – 50% penalty fee
- Cancel after March 2 - no refunds issued for cancellations or reductions
- Full payment for exhibit space balance due

- Company descriptions are due
- Exhibitor-designated contractor authorization forms due (must be accompanied by certificates of insurance)
- Giveaway/Prize Drawing requests due
