Starting this fall the Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health will be offering two online master of occupational health (MOH) degrees, one with an emphasis in occupational medicine (OM) and the other with an emphasis in occupational safety (OS).

The MOH OM program is designed to train professionals who have a terminal degree (MD, DO, DVM, DDS or PhD) and are seeking training in occupational and environmental medicine to further his/her career in occupational health practice or research. It is designed to meet the graduate training requirement to be eligible to sit for the American Board of Preventive Medicine certification examination.

The MOH OS program is designed to train professionals who have a bachelor’s or other degree and experience in occupational and environmental health safety, such as current employment with a goal to further his/her career in occupational health safety.

Both degrees require a minimum of 30 credit hours of coursework and are designed to be completed in one year.
