EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Registration Information

  • Attendee Registration for AES 2024 will open this summer.
  • All members of your team MUST be registered as exhibitors for AES 2024 to access the exhibit hall
  • Exhibitors must register via the exhibitor registration portal. Exhibitors who are members can get thier full conference registration through exhibitor registration and should not register as an individual attendee.
  • Your organization's contact of record will be contacted with information on how to register your group
  • Each exhibitor (not including Epilepsy Resource Area exhibitors) receives four (4) complimentary exhibit hall-only registrations per 100 square feet of booth space
  • Epilepsy Resource Area exhibitors receive two (2) complimentary exhibit hall-only registrations
  • Employees of exhibiting companies who wish to attend education sessions and other events must purchase exhibitor full conference registrations( information will be provided to your contact of record).
  • Exhibit hall-only passes do not provide access to the poster hall--anyone from your company who wants to enter the poster hall, including poster presenters, must be registered in the exhibitor full conference category, or as an attendee if they are not part of the exhibition team.
  • If your company earns a complimentary full conference registration through the AES Exhibitor Recognition Program, the comp registration will be added to your allotment by early to mid-November.

 

Purchasing Additional Exhibitor Registrations

  • To avoid duplicate registrations, every registrant must have a unique email address. Only your company's contact of record may purchase additional exhibitor registrations.
  • Each company's exhibit fee includes an allotment of four (4) complimentary exhibit hall-only badges for every 10’x10’ booth space and two (2) complimentary exhibit hall-only badges per nonprofit booth in the Epilepsy Resource Area. In addition, if a company reaches a qualifying level in the AES recognition system, any complimentary full meeting registrations (full session access, without CME credits + exhibit hall access) will be added in mid to late November.
  • Once a company has reached its allotment of complimentary exhibit hall-only badges, additional exhibit hall-only badges are available to purchase for $75 each. Exhibit hall-only badges (whether purchased or complimentary, provide entry to the exhibit hall during set up, break down, and other allowed exhibitor hours).
  • Exhibitors wishing to attend sessions will have the opportunity to purchase a full conference badge, with or without CME credits. Exhibitor Full Conference badges will also provide entry to the exhibit hall during set up, break down, and other allowed exhibitor hours.
    • Member pricing for exhibitor full conference is availible, the attendee must be registered using the email assocaited with their AES membership.
  • Exhibitor Full Conference, with or without CME, includes AES 2024 Digital Select access. Digital Select will provide on-demand access to selected education content, posters, and other content for 90 days following AES 2024. NOTE: Exhibit hall-only badges do not provide access to Digital Select.
  • Exhibitor Full Conference, with or without CME, is eligible for a member discount. To register for the 2024 AES Annual Meeting at the discounted member rate, the attendee’s membership must be current with an expiration date of Monday, June 30, 2025 or later. To receive the member rate, the attendee must renew or join AES before registering for the meeting. AES will not offer partial refunds of registration fees for those who renew or join after registering for the meeting.
  • Exhibitors who are selected as poster presenters must purchase an Exhibitor Full Conference badge, with or without CME credits.
  • Please note: Each registrant must show their confirmation email and pick up their badge in person at any of the pre-registration counters in Los Angeles.

Beware of Registration Scams!

AES 2024 registrations are managed exclusivly through Maritz Global Events. Bad actors have been known to create a fake website that offer registration services for AES Annual Meetings. Maritz is the only approved registration and hotel partner for AES 2024. AES is unable to honor or assist with registrations or hotel reservations made through any other party or organization.
