Get creative! Get an Innovation Pavilion! It’s another way to stand out on the exhibit floor, with 1200 square feet of extra space to attract attendee attention and interact with your brand. Feature a series of speakers, host a celebrity, provide a comfortable lounge area, or stage an interactive group project (charitable? art?) that ties to your brand. What’s your idea?
Located inside the Exhibit Hall, Innovation Pavilions are available to paid exhibitors only. Some of the ways pavilions have been used in the past:
- Exhibit of art by people with epilepsy
- Virtual reality experiences to help attendees better understand what a seizure feels like
- Equipment demonstrations
- Drop in lounge/cafe for attendees
- Recording an epilepsy program for broadcast, complete with a live AES "studio" audience!
NOTE: Pavilions may be used for product promotion. Education activities are not permitted.
