Attendee Bags - $5,000 (exclusive) SOLD

Attendee bags will be available in the Registration lobby and in the exhibit hall featuring your company’s artwork. Attendees will carry your bags around Nashville and will use them after the Annual Meeting for shopping. A portion of the bags will be made available for distribution from your booth.

Lanyards - $10,000 (exclusive)
Every badge needs a lanyard, which will be custom designed with your company logo. Over 5,000 attendees will do your marketing for you as they wear your logo throughout the Annual Meeting.

Meeting Notepads - $5,000 (exclusive) SOLD

Your company logo will be featured on the Meeting Notepads, available at Registration and the CE courses and committee meeting rooms. Attendees will constantly see your logo as they take notes throughout the meeting, and when they are at home. A portion of the notepads will be made available to distribute from your booth.

Meeting Pens - $1,500 (exclusive) SOLD

SOT Annual Meeting Pre-registrant Mailing List - $1,000
Rent this mailing list to send a postcard type mailer to connect with Pre-Registered Annual Meeting Attendees. The mailing list rental includes physical postal addresses only - not email addresses. All postcard artwork must be approved by SOT prior to production. Exhibitor must make arrangements with a third-party mail house.

Booth Extension Floor Sticker - $825

Alimited number of exhibitors may purchase an 8’ x 2’ floor sticker in the vertical aisle directly in front of their booth. These stickers will draw attendees’ eyes as they walk through the aisles, creating the impression that the booth extends into the aisle.

Escalator Clings - $3,750
As attendees ride the escalators, they will view your company's artwork. Exhibitors can display double-sided artwork on the glass panels of the escalator (1-6 sides), or place artwork in the area between the railings (2 panels). Each opportunity/location includes three escalators, as pictured below.

Column Wrap - $2,500
This highly visible opportunity will catch the eye of thousands of attendees making their way through the exhibit hall. Each column wrap unit is a 12' high custom-built structure with your company's artwork on all four sides.
