All opportunities are awarded by lottery drawing. If you are interested in one of these fabulous marketing opportunities, please indicate your first and second choices and submit the Promotional Packages, Marketing Opportunities and Sponsorships form by October 10, 2011. Winners of the lottery will be notified on Oct. 14, and from that point forward all items will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

EXHIBITOR/SPONSOR HOSTED SESSIONS
This is a great opportunity for SOT/ToxExpo Exhibitors and Sponsors to provide detailed information about products and services to meeting attendees. These one-hour sessions will be held at the Moscone Convention Center and will take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. SOT provides an LCD projector, screen and microphone, and the room will be set theater style for a minimum of 100 people. The cost is $1,000 per session and slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. All interested companies must submit an application for review and approval which is located in the Exhibitor Service Center.
HOTEL ROOM DROP SERVICE
A convenient exhibitor marketing tool that delivers your promotional materials, symposia announcements, etc. directly to the hotel rooms of attendees. Door Drops are an effective way of reaching your prospects and giving them an opportunity to plan which exhibitors they need to visit. The SOT marketing fee for this service is $1,000. Convention Communications will coordinate the service with all hotels, saving you significant time and money. Additional fees for drop service apply, for more information please contact:
