Badges & Registration

Exhibitor Registration

For every 100 square feet of commercial exhibit space, the exhibiting company will receive four full-conference SOT registrations for their exhibit staff. Non-profit booths will receive two full-conference SOT registrations.

Registration

To register your complimentary booth personnel, you must login through the Exhibitor Service Center and access Exhibitor Registration. You may register staff members who have exhibited in the past using the dropdown, or add new staff to register. Please ensure all information is up to date.

To register additional staff beyond your complimentary allotment, you must use the main SOT Registration Portal. The registrations must be purchased at the corresponding member or nonmember rates.

Badges

Badges will be mailed to the address listed on the staff member's registration. As such, it is important to ensure that this information is correct and up to date when exhibitors are being registered. The city and state/country will be listed on the attendee's badge. If you would like the badge to list a different city/state than the mailing address, please contact will@toxicology.org for assistance.

If you have registered online and received your badge in the mail, you do not need to visit the Registration desk onsite.

SOT Event App

As a benefit of registration, you will receive a login for the SOT Mobile Event App. If this is your first time logging into the app, enter the email address you registered with and click 'forgot password' to retrieve your password. The SOT Mobile App will be released early 2021.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs)

If you plan on using an EAC to assist with installing or dismantling your booth, you must use the EAC Registration Form, available in the Exhibitor Service Kit. Any EAC not registered prior to installation may be denied admission into the Exhibit Hall. When on-site, EACs must enter the Exhibit Hall through the labor entrance.

Visitors & Guests

SOT offers visitor's passes for local, potential clients on the Tuesday or Wednesday of ToxExpo. These passes are complimentary and must be received in writing on company letterhead no later than March 5. Approved visitors may only meet with the exhibiting company that requested the visitor pass.
