Exhibitors are encouraged to be available to chat in their virtual booths during the attended hours. Exhibitors can also staff their virtual booths beyond the attended hours.

We recognize that not all exhibitors can be present in both time blocks. The attended hours were selected to allow for the participation of exhibitors located in multiple time zones. Exhibitors will not be penalized if their virtual booth is unattended.

The exhibits platform provider is CTI Meeting Technology (CTI).

The for-profit rate for all exhibitors is $2,300. If the exhibiting company has paid more than $2,300, the difference will be applied toward the 2022 exhibit booth. The nonprofit rate is $600.

Review the Fact Sheet for a preview of a virtual booth and additional details.

SOT leadership is currently working to determine that date. We anticipate that all content will remain available until at least April 30, 2021. We will provide an update as soon as it is available.

Exhibitors must complete their virtual booth building and submit final edits no later than Monday, March 1, 2021. After March 1, ToxExpo staff will review the content of each virtual booth. Profiles will be reviewed for items such as misspellings or grammatically incorrect statements, broken links or download errors, inflammatory images such as animals in distress, or items in violation of the Virtual 2021 ToxExpo Rules and Regulations.

The Exhibitor-Hosted Session application will be available in late January 2021. Exhibitors will be notified via email when the application is available. The application will require a title and description (description limited to 500 characters including spaces).

The Exhibitor-Hosted Session site will be updated with more details including available dates and a link to the application.

The date is TBD. The training will be live and recorded for reference. Staff will demonstrate how to build a virtual booth and demonstrate best practices.

Exhibitors receive four full-conference registrations, which provide attendees access to sessions as well as booth staff capabilities. If you require additional booth staff, up to four additional booth staff may be assigned to the booth (without session access). Nonprofit exhibitors receive two full-conference registrations and two booth staff only registrations.

Registration

Please register your full-conference booth staff in the registration portal within the Exhibitor Service Center. If you require additional booth staff, please email SOT_Exhibits@toxicology.org with the names and email addresses of up to four additional booth staff-only representatives. Please register booth staff by February 19.
