Marketing Packages

SPS Marketing Packages are available to SPS Exhibiting Companies and Sponsors.

Save money by purchasing a package that will increase your exposure to your targeted audience.  Please e-mail Laura Helm at lhelm@safetypharmacology.org if you are interested in purchasing a package.

Package 1 (booth must be purchased separately)
$1,350 USD ($150 Savings)

• One Sponsored Presentation Promotion Opportunity.  The Society will send out two e-mail announcements regarding your sponsor presentation; plus post the session description on the SPS Web site and put the session description in the Final Program.  All descriptions must be received by SPS Headquarters by August 8, 2012.
• One rental set of SPS conference attendee mailing labels.

Package 2 (booth must be purchased separately)
$1,875 USD ($200 Savings)

• One rental set of SPS conference attendee mailing labels.
• One Sponsored Presentation Promotion Opportunity.  The Society will send out two e-mail announcements regarding your sponsor presentation; plus post the session description on the SPS Web site and put the session description in the Final Program.  All descriptions must be received by SPS Headquarters by August 8, 2012.
• One full page advertisement in the Annual Meeting Program

$2,775 ($300 savings)
