SPS Exhibit Hall Treasure Hunt
DON’T MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY TO STAND OUT!
The SPS Exhibit Hall Treasure Hunt adds excitement and traffic to the Exhibit Hall, and assures you great leads in Phoenix!
1) Companies that wish to participate will need to complete the application form.
2) The Treasure Hunt will take place October 1, 2, and 3, starting at the Welcome Reception at 6:00 pm. The Prize Drawing will take place on Wednesday, October 3 at 3:15 pm. Attendees will be able to obtain a stamp on their map from participating exhibitors by visiting those booths during exhibit hall hours on any of these days, providing you the perfect opportunity to engage potential clients!
3) Attendees will need to visit ALL participating exhibitors by 3:00 pm on Wednesday to be included in the prize drawing. Exhibitors are not eligible for the prize drawings.
4) Stamps for participating exhibitors will be distributed during exhibit set up hours to the primary booth contact, as indicated on the Treasure Hunt Participation form. Each company will have a different symbol or character stamp.
5) All attendees will receive a copy of the Treasure Hunt map at registration. The map will include an exhibit hall floor plan and a list of the exhibiting companies. Participating exhibitors will be shown in BRIGHT GOLD on the map.
6) There will be signs placed in the exhibit areas indicating the participating companies and their location. Each participating company will be highlighted in BRIGHT GOLD on the sign.
7) A separate sign ”Treasure Hunt Participant” will be placed in your booth for clear identification that you are participating in the game.
8) The game will draw attendees to your booth and it’s up to the exhibitor to engage them in conversation before offering to stamp their Treasure Hunt map.
9) Attendees will deposit their completed maps into the Treasure Hunt Chest at SPS Registration no later than 3:00 pm on Wednesday.
10) The drawings for spectacular prizes will take place on Wednesday afternoon in the exhibit hall from 3:30 to 3:45 pm. Attendees must be present to win.
The cost to participate is $250.
