I've never participated in a Virtual Exhibit Show before; what do I need to know?
Virtual booths are a bit different than traditional trade shows. Make sure that you have robust content and actively staff your booth in order to make the most of this opportunity. You may not see as much "drive-by" traffic, but those who interact with your booth are more likely to be truly interested in your company!
How do I reserve a Virtual Exhibit Booth?
Returning Exhibitors
Enter your exhibitor password to access the request page. If you do not know your password, please utilize the password retrieval tool to have it sent to your primary contact.
First Time Exhibitors
Before requesting a booth, create a profile for your organization. Please enter the information for your primary contact, who will receive all correspondence regarding the booth. Your exhibitor password will be sent to them promptly.

How much does a Virtual Exhibit Booth cost?
Virtual Booths start at $2,000 USD, we are offering packages that include additional opportunities and incentives

- Supplement your booth staff with up to two booth staff-only registrations to better connect with attendees across multiple timezones. These registrants will only have access to the exhibit hall.

When do I have to upload all my content by?
Please finish building your virtual booth no later than September 15 as we will be closing the environment for testing and quality checks the week prior to opening the Attendee Hub.

Can I upload/link full webinars?
Please only upload short promotional videos or product demos. Refrain from uploading/linking to full webinars as this is reserved for exhibitors hosting Partner Talks.
