Exhibitor Benefits

The Society values your support and believes the relationship between your company and STP membership is a mutually beneficial one. STP is expanding the benefits and services provided to the exhibitor. Each exhibiting company will receive:

• Two complimentary full conference registrations, which entitle the attendees to participate in all scientific sessions and social functions
• Company listing and exhibit location published in the Annual Meeting Program provided to all meeting attendees
• Four complimentary category listings
• Highly visible signage acknowledging all exhibitors at the meeting
• Recognition in all advertising efforts for this year's meeting
• Sunday evening Welcome Reception in the Hall will kick off the meeting. The reception will feature full stocked cash bars with free sodas and snacks sponsored by STP. This event is also open for single or multiple sponsorship.
• The poster sessions, continental breakfasts, and refreshment breaks will be held in the exhibitors' area to maximize exposure to the nearly 600 attendees anticipated to attend the meeting in 2011 .
• Expanded Exhibit Hall - the hall has been expanded and additional seating has been included to encourage attendees to remain in the hall longer.
• A Lunch for all attendees will be held in the Exhibit Hall on Monday, June 25. This will be promoted in the Annual Meeting marketing materials and final program as the "Exhibitor-Sponsored Luncheon."
• An internet café of six computers will be set up in the exhibit area where attendees can come to check e-mail during exhibit hours
• Around-the-clock search capability on the STP Web site.
