Coalition of Occupational Therapy Advocates for Diversity (COTAD)
COTAD aims to align diversity initiatives with key stakeholders to ensure occupational therapy services are provided to all people by having a workforce that is reflective of the communities we serve. COTAD focuses on enhancing opportunities focused on building diversity awareness and sensitivity and increasing awareness of occupational therapy’s commitment to inclusion. We work to provide resources for educators, students and practitioners that reflect a diverse range of experiences.
